Returns

We can only offer a refund or an exact replacement for your return, we can't offer to exchange an item for a different item. If you need a different item, you need to request a refund and then place a new order.
Please note:

• Email us before returning any item.
• Any unwanted items can be returned free of charge within 28 days for a refund or replacement.
• Cosmetics, jewellery and fragrance will only be accepted if unopened and with the product seal intact.
• All returns are evaluated before being processed.
• Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
• We do not refund shipping charges.
• We do not accept returns past 28 days from the date of order.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please also include your name, address and receipt number with your return. Your receipt number can be found at the top left corner on your printed Receipt.

All refunds will be made to the original payment source used. Any items which the customer has assembled must be dismantled and securely wrapped before returning and a returns label safely fixed to the package. Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, but this is usually processed within 7 days.
